Kentucky Real Estate Lawyer 

I have more than 27 years of experience representing clients in many different  courts. My Kentucky law firm, the Orwin Law Office, is located in Somerset, Kentucky, and I represent clients in Pulaski, Laurel, and Wayne Counties, Lake Cumberland, London, Corbin and Monticello in south central Kentucky. I have fostered long-standing bonds with the people of these areas. This is another reason that I have the utmost concern for my clients.

Since my graduation from the University of Kentucky Law School in Lexington, I have maintained the highest standards in the practice of law. My experience started with the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Kentucky as an investigator on consumer fraud cases before I attended Law School.

I represent small businesses in transactions and legal matters because I know what it takes to make a small business successful. My Bachelor's Degree at the University of Kentucky was in Business Administration, with Distinction, and I myself have been a small business owner for many years. Outstanding Personal Service

In my three decades of practice, I’ve received some significant state and national awards. In 2002, I received a National First Amendment Award from the Society of Professional Journalists. In 1996, I was named the Volunteer of the Year by the Kentucky Nature Conservancy for donated legal services in land acquisitions in the Rockcastle River Watershed.

A year earlier than the Kentucky Nature Conservancy honor, I was nominated as Volunteer of the Year for the Kentucky Bar Association, and I have served my profession as Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association House of Delegates 2000-2001.

My philosophy is to help people, and to protect and preserve Kentucky's bountiful and precious resources.
